Sindh badminton team named

KARACHI, May 17: International Ahsan Qamar and Zahida Ali would captain Sindh men and women team respectively in the 48th National badminton championship which begins at the National Sports Training and Coaching Centre from May 20. Men: Ahsan Qamar (captain), Muhammad Ali, Anjum Nisar, Iqbal Ahmed, Imran Mohib, Amir Ali, Abdul Qadir, Farhan Mohib and Waseem Ismail.

Women: Zahida Ali (captain), Soofia Mughal, Mahrukh Essa, Munisha Kotia, Yusra Waheed, Anjum Khan, Humaira Zaheer, Sultana Yousuf and Kishwar Sultana.

Iqbal Ahmed Khan and Rifat Mohyudin have been named as manager and coach respectively.
