HARIPUR: Jehangiri felicitated

HARIPUR, Jan 8: Saeed Akhtar Khan, member of the NWFP bar association; Javed Khan Tanoli, president of the district bar, Haripur; Waheed Azar, ex-general secretary of the district bar association, Haripur; and a number of other lawyers from Haripur have, through a joint statement, felicitated the new Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mohammad Bashir Jehangiri, for his elevation to the post.

The lawyers’ community expressed the hope that the new CJ would continue to serve the purpose of justice and maintain close and traditional relationship between the bar and the bench.
