Another day at work for Pakistani workers as world commemorates Labour Day
These workers do not see a moment's relief even on the day that commemorates their hardship.

Health & Safety should come first and must be the responsibility of the employers and liable to legal conviction if laws are not adhered to. In the pictures workers are working in hazardous environment. No helmets or specialised footwear provided like steel-toe shoes, gloves and appropriate eye cover shields. Also no dust mask given and labourers are inhaling hazardous material.
Life is cheap in my beloved Pakistan

"Pay the labourer his wages before his sweat dries." Please follow this instruction blindly and religiously.

Happy belated labor day to all Indians and Pakistani workers who work hard to take care of their families. Without you all these rich people will not be able to sit in their air conditioned offices and houses. Take a BOW
You deserve it.

There is no such thing as labor in Pak. These are not laborers instead they are slaves. Labors have rights these people have none. This is called Feudal mentality i.e. when you give someone a job you think you own him/her like an animals. But the sad thing is that in the US and West even the animals are treated better than these labor/slaves.
I will say it again, in order to move forward, Pak needs to eliminate 3 isms from the country i.e. feudalism, VIPism and Mullahism plus establish the supremacy of the law by bringing everyone under the purview of the law i.e. generals, PM, Feudals, Judges, Mullahs, police, politicians etc and carry out severe punishments for breaking the law no matter who it is and how minuscule is the law. Also, depoliticize the police force so it protects law and order instead of rich and powerful.
Also, Pak needs to invest in its people by providing the same education in public and private schools i.e. English medium, so everyone learns and speak the same.

On labor day every one enjoy day off except labors, will be great if Labor enjoy a day off and they get paid for that day by employees.
Some people have to work, they need money to eat.
