Terminator 6 has been pushed back
Although the first two Terminator movies remain sci-fi movie classics, the succeeding three didn’t leave much of a mark, and both Terminator Salvation and Terminator Genisys failed to launch trilogies.
Now James Cameron, with Deadpool’s Tim Miller as director, are working on the still-untitled Terminator 6, aiming to launch a new era for the killer robot-filled franchise. But it has been delayed to November 22, 2019 which was earlier supposed to be released on July 26, 2019.
Terminator 6 will ignore the events of the last three movies and serve as a direct sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Along with Arnold Schwarzenegger coming back, Linda Hamilton will reprise Sarah Connor, who last appeared on camera in Terminator 2, but made a vocal cameo in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.
As for Terminator 6’s new players, Halt and Catch Fire’s (American drama series) Mackenzie Davis has been tapped to play a human soldier-assassin who is on a mission.
