ATTOCK: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will address a public gathering in the Attock city on May 23 on the invitation of federal minister Sheikh Aftab Ahmed.

The former prime minister will be accompanied by his daughter Maryam Nawaz.

The public gathering will be held at Lalazar Stadium. Later, the former PM will chair a meeting with local MNAs, MPAs and other party leaders.

The federal minister said the PML-N had strong roots in the politics of the district and the public gathering would prove it.

He said the PML-N brought revolutionary changes in the district by establishing schools, colleges, hospitals, roads besides upgrading the infrastructure.

“PML-N will clean sweep the elections in the district,” he said.
