Taimur and Waheed in this film narrate how members of the Mohana tribe spend their entire lives in boat houses. From funerals to weddings, everything is done on the boat and this practice has continued for centuries.

It Happens Only In Pakistan is a nationwide video story contest organised by Dawn.com and Deutsche Welle (DW), Germany's international broadcaster. The contest invited filmmakers from all over Pakistan to submit short documentary-styled videos on subjects that are uniquely Pakistani. Jury for the contest included noted Pakistani documentary filmmakers Jami and Babar Sheikh. The contest accepted entries from March 23 to May7, 2018.

Simple people living a simple life. Simple bit not easy in any way. Government needs to provide education facility to their children. May be use a floating school on the river. But they need support. Also highlights the increasing pollution problem in our country and its affects on our resources. Thanx Dawn

So much pity!!! They have been living since cinturies....Govt: and all the food and shelter bodies of administration should play a bit for these people , so they too could enjoy the fundamental basic human rights in our so called Democratic state. Otherwise we all the Pakistanis including top or middle level will be held accountable on the day of reserruction!!

Unless all the talk of water scarcity and water pollution is not shown directly affecting individuls and our countrymen, ilike in this film, it wont affect the psyche of the common man. Kudos to the team that made this film!
