ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Sunday issued a final list of its 160 candidates from Sindh for the provincial assembly and National Assembly seats for the July 25 elections.

The list indicates that the party has mainly decided to go with the tried and tested candidates on most seats. However, it has also awarded tickets to several new faces.

PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari will contest elections from the party’s traditional strongholds Larkana (NA-200) and Lyari (NA-246), while PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari will contest from Shaheed Benazirabad (NA-213).
