SAHIWAL: Total 91 candidates have submitted their nomination papers for two national and four provincial assembly seats in Sahiwal teshil.

The list of candidates whose names have been approved was displayed during late night.

For NA-147, NA-148, PP-196, PP-197, PP-198 and PP-199 total 18, 18, 11, 16, 15 and 13 candidates have submitted their nomination papers, respectively.

In NA-147, candidates are: Hafiz Khalid Mahmood, Chaudhry Nouraiz Shakoor Khan (PTI), Miraj Hameed, Imranul Haq, Aftab Ahmed Khan, Pir Imran Shah (PML-N), Muhammad Zaki (PPP), Altaf Nawaz, Haroon Zaman Khaga, Zafar Iqbal, Khalid Sadiq Kamyana (Tehreek-i- Labbaik Pakistan), Bashir Ahmed, Muhammad Ali Shakoor, Rana Amir Shahzad (former tehsil nazim), Nazair Farid, Muhammad Naeem Asif, Rana Tariq Javed (ex-MNA), Adnan Khalid Hussain. The candidates for NA- 148 include Umair Javed, Sami Minhas, Gulam Farid Kathiya (PPP), Muhammad Ali Farid Kathiya, Malik Muhammad Yar Dhakko (PTI), Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf (PML-N), Malik Muhmmad Ramzan, Abdul Gaffarul Haq, Muhammad Tanvir Chaudhry, Mian Anwarul Haq Ramay, Rana Tariq Javed, Rana Amir Shahzad, Muhammad Amjad, Muhammad Umer Ishaq, and Tariq Aziz.
