EVERY now and then we read about the preservation of buildings that constantly need protection over time.
I as one of the two architects who designed the Aga Khan Squash Complex at Kashmir Road was dismayed to pass by and see half the building demolished. This project was designed by architects Hasan Ud Din Khan and Navaid Husain.
Why was this project allowed to be demolished, although it was protected by Pakistan International Airlines?
