Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Jahangir Khan Tareen hold hands at a public event.

Is it even Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) if there isn't some internal drama brewing all the time?

This time its Shah Mehmood Queshi's comments about his "brother" Jahangir Tareen that have people talking.

Answering a question regarding his alleged "cold war" with Tareen, Qureshi has said: "I have no war with him. Tell me one thing: do we have a property dispute? Do we have a land dispute? We don't have any reason to fight: Tareen is my brother, we have worked together a lot."

"We could have had a political dispute, but why would I be fighting him now, he is not even contesting the elections," Qureshi added. "Am I mad that I would fight with him?"

Tareen was disqualified by the Supreme Court (SC) last year for not being 'honest' in declaring his properties to the Election Commission of Pakistan for the 2013 elections.

It had been reported last month that Tareen and Qureshi had had a heated argument when Qureshi brought up the former's disqualification during a party meeting. Qureshi had later denied anything of the sort happened.
