LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau is considering making a request to the interior ministry to initiate the process of red warrants for former finance minister Ishaq Dar and two sons of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif who are facing corruption references.
“NAB may ask the interior ministry to contact Interpol for issuance of red warrants for Mr Dar and Hasan and Hussain Nawaz so that they could be brought back to face the corruption references in the accountability court,” a source in NAB told Dawn on Monday.
Hasan and Hussain have already been declared proclaimed offenders in the corruption case. Dar is staying in London on medical grounds.

Don't hold your breath. This govt along with the last one were against the idea of putting these criminals on the E CL list , whereas people of lesser office were placed on the E CL list at the drop of a hat.

Still considering??? When will you please do it???
NAB filed 103 mega corruption references and not a single case has come to a logical conclusion so far. Millions have been spent on investigation and trials of these cases and not a single penny of public money has been recovered and no culprit has been punished.

NAB, stop making statements, do something constructive, arrest all involved in corrupt practices and absconders, recover all looted money and send them behind bars - this will be your achievement. And until this is done, I shall continue to express my candid and impartial views about injustice, inequality and corrupt practices - no matter, who they are!
