SUKKUR: Girl beaten to death

SUKKUR, June 2: A teenaged girl was beaten to death when she offered resistance to two people who tried to kidnap her in the Matarkot village in Ghotki on Thursday. Abida, 14, was working in a field when Anwar Panhwar and Habibullah Panhwar allegedly tried to kidnap her. On her resistance, the accused beat her with sticks, killing her.—BoC
