SIALKOT: Jamaat-i-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq urges the masses to vote for the MMA to get rid of the corrupt politicians and rulers and improve the state of affairs.

He stated this while addressing a convention of the party workers in Sialkot on Wednesday evening.

JI Sialkot Emir Dr Shakeel Thakur, JI Sialkot spokesman Arif Mahmood Sheikh, MMA leaders Arshad Mehmood Baggu and Dr Tahir Butt were also present on the occasion.

Sirajul Haq said the prevailing system in the country was the worst. He said “aliens” were trying to bring a “controlled democracy “ in the country.

He expressed concern over the killing of Haroon Bilour and other people in Peshawar bomb blast.

He said the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was not an impartial institution in the country.
