Soon after Imran Khan predicted that his party's alliance with Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) will power them to electoral victory in Sindh, PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari appeared to be dismissive of GDA's prowess.
Bilawal said the GDA — which has fielded its candidates against the PPP in rural Sindh — was not a “political threat” to his party.
He further said there were three or four former chief ministers in the alliance, but they had no programme to offer to the people of Sindh.
In the same presser, Bilawal also stressed the need for signing of a new charter of democracy by all democratic political parties aimed at ensuring the protection of fundamental and constitutional rights of the citizens.
