PESHAWAR: In a major reshuffle, the Peshawar High Court on Wednesday ordered the transfer and posting

of 82 judicial officers, including 35 district and sessions judges, 23 additional district and sessions judges, 21 senior civil judges and three civil judges.

Two separate notifications were issued by PHC registrar Khwaja Wajihuddin.

According to them, district sessions judge (DSJ) Syed Asghar Ali Shah, working as director (regulation) at the Secretariat District Judiciary (SDJ), was made officer on special duty (OSD) for onward appointment as judge of the Peshawar Banking Court I, while he was replaced by Shangla DSJ Amjid Zia Siddiqui.

DSJ Hidayatullah Khan was transferred from Nowshera to the PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge of Chitral consumer court; DSJ Ahmad Sultan Tareen, an OSD, was made legal draftsman at the PHC; SDJ director (inspections) Mohammad Zubair Khan was posted as member of the PHC inspection team; SDJ director (welfare) Mohammad Asif was posted the PHC additional registrar (administration); DSJ Mansehra Mohammad Zeb Khan was made principal staff officer to the PHC chief justice; DSJ Khalid Khan was transferred from Mardan and posted as SDJ director (inspections), and DSJ Inamullah Wazir was made SDJ director (HR).

Also, DSJ Abid Sarwar was posted director to the National Judicial Policy Implementation Committee, while Buner DSJ Ikhtiar Khan was made OSD for further posting as special judge of the provincial anti-corruption.

DSJ on special task Mohammad Iqbal Khan was posted Buner DSJ and DSJ Kaleem Arshad Khan Mansehra DSJ, while special judge (anti-corruption for southern districts Ihsanullah Mehsud was posted to the same post on promotion as DSJ.

DSJ Jehanzeb Shinwari was made OSD for onward posting as judge of the Bannu consumer court.

As for other DSJs, Asghar Khan was transferred from Takht Bhai (Mardan) to Bannu as additional registrar of the PHC Bannu bench, Jehangir Khan from Peshawar to PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge consumer court at Malakand, Syed Obaidullah Shah from Swat to PHC as OSD for onward posting as the judge of anti-terrorism court, Swat, Fazal Sattar from Paharpur (DI Khan) to PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge consumer court in Tank, Khalid Khan from Samarbagh (Lower Dir) to PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge ATC Lower Dir, Mamrez Khan Khalil from Kabal to Swat as additional registrar of PHC Mingora bench, Shehnaz Hameed Khattak from Havelian (Abbottabad) to PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge of the consumer court in Haripur, Rashida Bano from Kohat to PHC as OSD for posting as judge of the consumer court in Mardan, Farid Khan Alizai from Swabi to PHC for onward posting as the judge of Charsadda consumer court, Riaz Ahmad from Bannu to PHC as OSD for onward posting as the ATC judge in Matta (Swat), Liaquat Ali Khan from Karak to PHC for onward posting as judge of the Karak consumer court, Azhar Ali from Mardan to PHC for onward posting as judge of the consumer court in Mansehra, Haq Nawaz Khan from Chakdara to Abbottabad as the PHC Abbottabad bench’s additional registrar, Ambreen Naveed from Lakki Marwat to PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge of the consumer court, Lakki Marwat, Hayat Gul from DI Khan to additional registrar of the PHC DI Khan bench, Phool BIbi from Lahor (Swabi) to PHC for onward posting as judge of the consumer court, Swabi, Haq Nawaz from Nowshera to PHC for posting as judge of the Nowshera consumer court, Abdul Baseer from Kohat to PHC as OSD for onward posting as Kohat ATC judge, and Ajmal Wazir from Shabqadar (Charsadda) to PHC for onward posting as Swat ATC judge.
