PPP candidate from NA-67 Jhelum has demanded that polls in the constituency be delayed because his name, party affiliation and other details did not appear in the form-33 list uploaded on the ECP's website.

Retired commander Fayyaz Ashraf claimed that his name was not included in the list until July 22 which has impacted his election campaign as print, electronic and social media have not covered him as the PPP's nominated candidate in the area, Amir Kayani reports from Jhelum.

He is now demanding the NA-67 election be rescheduled as it has ceased to remain fair and demanded Rs10 million in compensation.
