Polling was suspending in Faisalabad's NA-108 after PML-N leader Abid Sher Ali got into a fight with a presiding officer.
The Election Commission of Pakistan has taken notice of the incident, saying that Ali held up the polling process — a prosecutable offence.
Army personnel have been asked to escort Ali out of the polling station.
