ISLAMABAD, June 7: Jhelum were in a hurry as they routed Chakwal by nine wickets on the first day of their two-day match in the National Under-19 Championship at the ARL Cricket Ground. Iftikhar Ahmed took 5-126 while Mahmood Azam chipped in with 3- 91. AJK will begin their innings on Wednesday.
The match between Rawalpindi and Attock which was to be played at the Rawalpindi Stadium had to be shifted elsewhere because a game was already scheduled there.
