THE Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC) has been proving itself an incompetent institution by delaying the PMS examinations time and again.
It has also proved its indecisiveness by decreasing the cut-off marks of the screening test from 40 per cent (160/400) to 20pc (80/400). Eventually, the number of qualified candidates shot up from 5,000 to 12,000.
Now, the commission is in trouble arranging 12 papers for 12,000 candidates at a time. There is news that the examinations may be further delayed from the scheduled Sept 25 date.
The KPPSC should not delay the matter any further as many candidates have taken leave for preparation and are frustrated because of a waste of their time.
