Students from a wide number of public and private colleges bag an admirable number of positions in intermediate examinations this year. The passing percentage across nine intermediate boards in Punjab remains 59.87% this year.

Giving tough competition to several other renowned colleges, students from the Punjab Colleges bagged 153 top positions across all boards.

Star performers include:

• Kashaf SanaUllah from Punjab College Lahore: Overall 1st position in All Board Intermediate Result ’18 with 1062/1100 marks

• Samreen Shahid from Punjab College Multan: Overall 1st position in Punjab College Multan in Board of Intermediate & secondary education with 1052/1100 marks

• Maliha Maryam from Punjab College Sialkot: Overall 1st position in BISE Gujranwala Result with 1051/1100 marks

• Mehwish Saleem from Punjab College Faisalabad: Overall 1st Position in BISE Faisalabad Result with 1051/1100 marks

A closer look at the aforementioned results reveals that Punjab Colleges stole the show by bagging the highest number of top positions in All Boards Intermediate Result ’18. Whereas, other government colleges like GCU & Kinnaird College secured 7 & 1 position respectively. Furthermore, eight positions were secured by students who appeared privately in All Boards Intermediate Exams.

Interestingly, students from Punjab Colleges have the highest number of positions in all science subjects including, pre-medical, pre-engineering & I.C.S.
