There is a age and timing for everything. I dont know when Marshall flew a F-16 last but if it was few years ago then the guy took a huge risk for his life and millions of dollars.

What a conclusive evidence that he indeed flew that plane in an 'exercise'. I can edit a video to show how 'I' did the same.

All Pak Air Chiefs on Media have been flying F-16's as far as I can remember. May be F-16 pilots are the ones mostly becoming Chiefs at this time.

At the backdrop of Indian arming it air force with 5th generation aircraft Rafale. PAF has compulsion to acquire 5th G aircrafts, or to built domestically. Spain, Italy, and even France are smaller nations in area than Pak. These nations are producing advanced aircraft and exporting to others. We do have abundant of engineers and scientists we must accept the challenge and produce 5th Gs equal to F35 or Rafale,
such that a deterrent may remain in place. While Congrats to ACM Mujahid, Pak still needs more Air Force Stations like Masroor base, to match the fast changing security situations in the region. Let us not forget Unity,Faith,Discipline, cornerstones of our principles, and must add high tech education, scientists, more engineers, abundance of defence productions, and prosperous strong Pak with strong economy like S.Korea/Japan, and zero tolerance to corruption. We have great potential to cover up lapses, and can do it in short time. Determination needed.
