ONCE again builders and developers are selling plots in Gwadar city.
As far as I remember, between 2006 and 2010 there was a craze for buying property in Gwadar, which gradually subsided and dealers, builders and marketing agencies disappeared, depriving small investors of their savings.
My late brother-in-law fell prey to one of these developers. He booked a plot in Desmount Residency, Gwadar. He made full payment and was issued a provisional allocation letter.
Now no staff of this company is available at the contact numbers provided by it and the address, leaving my sister wondering which door to knock to get her hard-earned money back.
The only hope is the chief justice who can take suo motu action against these builders.
