Anti encroachment drive is a great move from current govt. very appreciating work. Encroachment has destroyed the shape of Karachi in all respect.

The country suffers from the Real Estate Syndrome: the elites have grabbed all the valuable "Real Estate" by corrupt practices denying any real "Real Estate" for the masses!
Innovative solutions ought to incorporated in providing houses to the masses; modular houses using green composite materials coupled with solar energy panels should be built in small cities; let the small cities grow, and thus take away the large cities pressures of increasing population & lack of infrastructure!
