According to preliminary, unofficial results in Peshawar's PK-78 constituency, Awami National Party's Samar Bilour is still in the lead with 6,278 votes.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf's Mohammad Irfan is still in second place with 4,987 votes, according to initial results received by Election Commission Pakistan (ECP) through the Results Transmission System (RTS).
