Girls throwball begins

HYDERABAD: Shah Latif Girls College Hyderabad beat Govt Degree College 2-0 in the first Schools and Colleges Girls Throwball Tournament which commenced here on Tuesday.

The tournament has been organised by the Hyderabad Throwball Association.

Fourteen schools and college teams are participating in the tournament. Principal Shah Latif Girls College inaugurated the event.

In other matches played on the day, County Cambridge School overcame Latifabad Girls School 2-0.
