ABU DHABI: PCB chairman Ehsan Mani while visiting the second Test play while meeting the press here on Tuesday promised improvement in the day to day working of the Board to bring it to the level of pure professionalism.

“Very soon we will put the statement of accounts of the PCB on our website for everyone to see and that will include the Board’s accounts as well as PSL’s audited accounts so that there is no confusion,” Mani said.

Mani, a former ICC president, also announced to have a cricket committee in the PCB consisting of people in the know how of the game. That committee, he said, would make decisions related to cricket, including all levels of domestic games and international cricket played by Pakistan.

“My aim is to run the board on professional lines with transparency so that there are no complications and confusions,” he said.

Commenting on the T10 League, Mani said the PCB was neither fully aware nor has been informed about the entire set-up of the league.

“Now that we are in discussion about it we will make a firm decision on whether to make [our players] available for this league,” he said, giving an impression that things will be ironed out amicably once the details of the said league were with him.

The chairman also disclosed that very soon he will also be visiting Karachi to discuss cricketing matters with those who are involved in the game at various levels.
