KARACHI: Aarav Hada of Nepal continued his winning streak in the second successive week here when he overcame stiff challenge from Hasheesh Kumar to win the the second leg of the Shamsi Tennis Academy ATF Under-14 Super Series Championship at DA Creek Club by 7-5 6-4.
Both the players displayed brilliant game in front of an appreciative crowd and matched each other stroke by stroke. However, Aarav emerged taller in the end to clinch the title in style.
Brig M Iftikhar Khan was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed the prizes among the winners and runner-ups.
Meanwhile, PTF Senior vice president Khalid Rahmani informed professional ITF Seniors Tennis Championship will take place in Islamabad and the tournament will carry a handsome prize money of US$15000.
He also disclosed that Hasheed Kumar will take part in two ATF 14 Championship in Nepal next month and his coach Karmran Ahmed will accompany him to Nepal.
