Master of your destiny
You have full control over your life and one does not need permission from someone to make an immediate and meaningful change in life. The last day of the rest in your life would be when you make a decision and have self-control over yourself.
Self-control can be defined as having the ability to control your emotions. Moreover, keep your decision in pace with your heart and mind don’t get distracted by views and visions of people, not everyone is your well-wisher.
Surround yourself with people that are confident enough to face the hardships of life and be always ready for failure, because failure is a part of success.

Sweet is the fruit of hardships
Life is all about ups and downs, and hardships are the way that makes a man strong enough to face harsh situations.
On the contrary, pleasure makes one weak and timid in many ways. Any situation that we face, no matter how tough, won’t last forever, we’ll get through it and things will get better.
Also, there is a general saying that life is not a bed of roses, it is not so comfortable and luxurious for everyone. Sometimes, to gain something, we have to lose something.
We need to be open to the fact that the new think may actually be good for us.

Youth
Youth is the most precious stage of human life. Man is at the peak of his mental and physical strengths. It is the period to prove that man is the supreme creature of this universe. The work that you can do in one day of youth can’t be done in a week of the rest of your life.
Those who control their nerves and positively channel the excitement of youth for their goals, always succeed. Those who waste their youth, actually waste their lives. So, we should work hard in our youth.

Why role models are important
This is regarding “Why role models are important” by Naveed Fayyaz (YW, September 29).
Most people have role models in their lives. In fact, role models play a vital role of showing us the good qualities needed for success. Role models can be our parents or family members.
I also have a role model. He is my cousin. I like all his qualities. He will take the CSS exam in the upcoming year and I like his way of striving and preparation.
