KARACHI: Karachi Basketball Club will face Usman Club in the opening match of the third Essa Lab Basketball Tournament which will commence at the Arambagh courts on Sunday.

East Zone head Dr Farha Essa Zaidi announced at a press conference here.

She said 12 teams are participating in the tournament which have been divided into four groups.

“Nearly 240 basketball players from 15 teams will be seen in action during the tournament,” she added.

MPA Imran Ali Shah will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony. The tournament will be jointly organised by KBBA and PSWA.
