LAHORE: The start of the three-nation Internat­ional Kabaddi Taakra series has been rescheduled and it will start now from Thursday instead of Tuesday.

According to the the new schedule issued by Sports Punjab, the first leg will be held in Bahawalpur with three matches to be staged. Pakistan Whites take on Iran in the opening fixture, followed by India facing Pakistan Greens and the Greens taking on the Whites.

The second leg will be played on Friday in Sahiwal where Pakistan Greens meet Iran, while India will lock horns against Pakistan Whites.

The last stage of the series will be in Lahore on Sunday when the team finishing No.1 play No.2 and teams No.3 and No.4 facing each other.
