KARACHI: The eighth Rehana Nazar National Junior Squash Championship will be played at Rashidabad’s Rehana Nazar squash complex, Tando Allahyar, from Jan 26 to 30.

The event, which is an annual feature, is being organised by the Rashid Memorial Welfare Organisation in collaboration with the Sindh Squash Association (SSA).

According to organisers, this year’s event carries total prize money of Rs400,000.

The main event will be preceded by two day qualifiers slated on Jan 26 and 27 at the same venue.

The competitions will be held in boys under-11, under-13 and under-19 and girls under-19.

The last date for submission of entries is Jan 14 which can be sent to secretary of the SSA Rashid Ahmed at email sindhsquashassociation@gmail.com.

The qualifying draw will be held on Jan 25 while attendance for main draw will be held the following day at 6pm.

All participants will be provided free meals and accommodation at the venue.
