CHARSADDA: Provincial Law Minister Barrister Sultan Mohammad Khan has said that Charsadda district will be put on the track of development during the incumbent government as various schemes have been initiated in different sectors.

Addressing a function at tehsil headquarters hospital Rajar here on Wednesday, he said that the projects initiated by the government included women and children hospital and restoration of railway line to Tangi.

He said that Charsadda was neglected by the successive governments in the past but the stepmother treatment would come to end and an era of progress and development would be started soon.

The minister said that huge funds had been earmarked for the beautification of Charsadda project. He said that first phase of the women and children hospital was completed and it would be opened next week.

Local MPAs Fazal Shakoor Khan, Khalid Khan Mohmand and Bashir Umarzai; Deputy Commissioner Adeel Shah and DHO Dr Fayaz Khan were also present on the occasion.
