Australia's prime minister has suggested an anti-Muslim senator should be charged after he hit a teen who cracked a raw egg over the legislator's head.
Senator Fraser Anning has been widely condemned for blaming Muslim immigration for terror attacks on two New Zealand mosque that claimed at least 50 lives.
The 17-year-old boy who egged Anning has become an online hero.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison on Sunday took the side of the egger, telling reporters: "The full force of the law should be applied to Sen Anning."
Police allege the boy assaulted the senator with the egg. The boy's name has not been made public.
Police also said Anning "retaliated and struck the teen twice".

This is again a fake claim for internal consumption. We saw public thrash the boy very badly.

The senator is or tried to cash in the opportunity to win the next election. The man represents the country’s sentiment. Anything else is a lip service.

This Australian senator should migrate to the United States and join Trump's republican party.

Sad to see young man behaving like this.. Where this world is heading? How can this kid break egg on the old man head; Doesn't this kid has dad or grand father; I am sure, his parents will not be proud of his action.

@Be Honest, Please open your eyes. The boy was taken down by plain clothes policemen who at the spur of the moment did not know if the boy was still a threat or not. Very professional behavior by the cops. BTW, this is New Zealand where the public doesn’t believe in beating up people no matter how egregious the crime.

You don't hit a kid like the way he did when you security guards are present. The senator is a gangster and a not a humble person. IT was just an egg, not a gun, no self-defence was needed. He could have just asked for a towel to clean his head. The kid had already moved back after throwing an egg.

@Be Honest, it was senator's security who over powered the boy to arrest him. Public did not interfere.

@Be Honest, "This is again a fake claim for internal consumption. We saw public thrash the boy very badly"... You have misread the scene. It was not the people from amongst the public that manhandled the kid. Those were Anning's bogan bodyguards. The kid actually got an ovation from the crowd as he was escorted out by the police.

@Srinivas, "I am sure, his parents will not be proud of his action"... Shame on you man... Not only are his parents proud of him. People across the globe, in overwhelming numbers, are proud of this kid. He stood up for those who are no longer here to speak for themselves.

@Ash Khan, "The boy was taken down by plain clothes policemen"... Ash, actually he was taken down by the bogan bodyguards of Anning. One of them had him in a headlock. They couldn't do him harm because there were a lot of people watching and recording the incident.

@Imran, "This Australian senator should migrate to the United States and join Trump's republican party." Actually he should be repatriated to England, from where his ancestors came from and join Farrage's party. He is supposed to be fighting against migration after all.
