ISLAMABAD: Seven departments and eight divisional teams will be seen in action during Inter Depart­mental and Inter Divisional Basketball Championships with both starting from Wednesday here at the Hamidi Hall of the Pakistan Sports Complex.

Speaking to Dawn, organising secretary Dr. Ouj-e-Zahoor confirmed that teams from seven departments, namely Army, Air Force, Navy, Wapda, Railways, Police and POF Wah will be seen in action during the championship.

The championship is being organised by the Federal Basketball Assoc­iation under the supervision of Pakistan Basketball Federation. The Inter Divi­sion National Grade B event will also be held at the same venue on the same dates.
