KARACHI: Lecole Ballers Basketball Club defeated a strong Bahria Club 58-50 in a tense battle here at the Arambagh court in the All Karachi Bahadur Ali Shaheed Basketball Tournament on Monday.

Both teams went neck and neck in the thrilling clash which was witnessed by a decent crowd. However, in the end, Lecole Ballers edged Bahria by scoring a flurry of points.

Arham Latif (23 points), Umair Pasha (20 points) and Khizer Munir (12 points) were the leading scorers for the winners while for the losing side, the main scorers were Umair Khan (16 points), Mohsin Mahmood (15 points) and Sajjad Khan (13 points).

Earlier, chief guest SSP Shoaib Raffat was introduced to the players by KBBA president Ghulam Mohammad and Abdul Naisr.
