KARACHI: Pakistan Super Veterans (Over 60) cricket team is touring England from June 15-27 where it will play five matches, Pakistan Veterans Cricket Association (PVCA) announced on Friday.

The team is led by Fawad Ijaz Khan, Chairman PVCA, while former Test cricketer Ejaz Faquih is the vice captain. Ashiq Hussain Qureshi CEO PVCA will be the manager and former Test player Jalaluddin is the Head Coach.

The squad also includes former Test players Mansoor Akhtar and Ashraf Ali, former ODI Player PJ Mir, President KCCA Nadeem Omar and prominent businessman Arif Habib besides a few ex-First Class players.

The Super Veterans will play two ODI matches of 50 Overs each against England and the touring Australian Veterans team. Besides that, three 45 overs matches will be played against Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cheshire counties.

Squad: Fawad Ijaz Khan (Captain), Ejaz Faquih (Vice Captain), Mansoor Akhtar, Ashraf Ali (WK), PJ Mir, Nadeem Omar, Arif Habib, Tahir Shah, Basharat Ali Babar, Haji Ashraf, Badar Ansari, Aminullah Khan Raisani, Sajid Kabir and Nadeem Yousuf; Reserve players: Muhammad Akram and Altaf Aziz; Team Management: Ashiq Hussain Qureshi (Manager), Kaleem Zia Khawaja (Assistant Manager), Jalaluddin (Head Coach).

Itinerary:

June 17: vs Yorkshire (Woodlands Cricket Club, Bradford).

June 19: vs Lancashire (Heywood Cricket Club, Heywood).

June 21: vs England Veterans (Oswestry Cricket Club, Shropshire).

June 24: vs Australian Veterans (Oswestry Cricket Club, Shropshire).

June 26: vs Cheshire (Warrington Cricket Club, Warrington).
