In the first incident, two brothers identified as Pir Izat Shah and Pir Fazal Shah shot dead their brother named Pir Zubair Shah and injured his wife in Pirano locality.

The injured widow told Hoti police station officials that the accused opened indiscriminate fire after entering their house killing her husband on the spot while she herself received bullet wounds.

She told police that her slain husband had a dispute with his brothers over the ownership of a house.

Police lodged FIR against the alleged killers on the complaint of injured widow.

In the second incident, unknown persons shot dead a rickshaw driver in Janabad area. The victim was identified as Fazal Shah.

Relatives and residents of the area blocked Charsadda Chowk for traffic against the killing.

They demanded of the police to arrest the killers forthwith.

Meanwhile, officials of Toru police station found the body of a 30-year-old woman in Gohati Nullah. They shifted it to nearby hospital for postmortem. Police registered FIR and started investigations.
