MURREE: Two men died and eight others were injured when a truck carrying tourists overturned near Murree Brewery reportedly due to brake failure, police and rescue sources said.

Rescue 1122 shifted the dead to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Murree and TB Sanatorium, Samli.

Five injured were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad as their condition was serious.

The dead were identified as Jamal and Sabir Hussain while Ali Hussain, Khawar Ali, Rao Khan, Zulqarnain, Mohammad Shakeel and Mohammad Anayat were among the injured.

Another car skidded off the road in which two people were injured and shifted to THQ Murree.
