This week too we have a very delicious recipe that has mangoes, a fruit that is plentiful right now in all its varieties. Using fresh fruits takes any dessert to a totally new height, and this decadent layered mango flavoured cream dessert is super easy to make and totally delicious in taste.

The ingredients are very simple, but if you want to add other ingredients to suit your taste, such as dry fruits, other fresh fruits, mango jelly, etc., you can easily do it. And if you are in a hurry and don’t want to make mango cream, you can use ice-cream in place of it.

It is an easy and fuss-free, eggless, no-cook dessert that you can make without any adult help.

Ingredients

• 1 cup mango pieces

• 1.5 cups mango pulp

• 1/2 packet or 100g condensed milk, or to taste

Method

In a food blender, blend mango pieces to make a puree or smooth pulp. In a bowl, beat cream until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk, then mango pulp and mix with a spatula or spoon.

Cut small pieces of the plain cake and put it like a base in a serving cup. Now add a spoonful of condense milk on top, then the mango cream. Finally top with mango pieces and some fresh cream.

You can use mango jelly pieces on top too and some dry fruits if you like. And if you are short of time, use mango ice cream instead of making mango cream out of cream, mango pulp and condensed milk.

Mango is a versatile fruit that can be used in countless ways to make desserts that are always sure to turn out delicious.
