BHC reserves verdict in Saindak project case

QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court has reserved its verdict on the Saindak copper-gold mining project case on a petition filed by Sanaullah Baloch, a member of the Balochistan Assembly.

A BHC division bench comprising Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Rozi Khan Bareech heard the petition. The Saindak project’s managing director, advocate general for Balochistan, representatives of Chinese firm MCC and other officials concerned were present in the court.
