The students’ attendance would from now on regularly be put on the notice board and sent to their parents as well so as to take them on board regarding the performance of their children studying in the institutions.

The teaching faculty would also ensure their arrival at the colleges by 8am.

The students who had already been served show-cause notices regarding their disallowed activities have been asked to submit their responses along with undertakings within a week’s time and in case of violation their admissions could be suspended, the VC told heads of the university’s allied institutions.

The regular classes in all these institutions are to resume on July 29 after vacations and the hostel inmates will be asked to follow the relevant rules and regulations.

The meeting participants decided that no examination form of students would be accepted until they submitted an undertaking regarding assurance of their good moral character.
