KARACHI: Four members of a family sustained injuries when the roof of their house located in Ghanchi Para on Nishtar Road collapsed on Friday, ostensibly due to the impact of recent heavy rains in the metropolis, according to the Napier police.

They said the victims, Ghulam Husain, 50, his wife, Zubaida, 40, their son, Umair, 17, and daughter, Sadaf, 20 were rescued and shifted to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for treatment.
