India's capital New Delhi will enforce restrictions on private vehicles from November 4-15 to curb pollution, its chief minister said on Friday.

This odd-even vehicle number plates plying on roads was introduced over 30 years back by Lagos, another world's most polluted city. But, people had defied it by keeping dual number plates. Others had kept two or more vehicles to beat the rule.
