ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Air Force are set to win both U-13 and U-15 titles of the ongoing National Junior Squash Championship after the department’s players made it to the finals here at the Mushaf Sports Complex on Monday.

Abdullah Nawaz and Sakhi Ullah will clash in the U-13 final while Mohammad Ammad and Humam Ahmed will be in action in U-15 final. Both games will be played today.

Abdullah Nawaz took a step closer to the title after beating Punjab’s Zuriaz Naeem 11-5, 11-6, 11-5 in the semi-final which lasted 17 minutes. While, Sakhi Ullah downed Omar Arshad, also of Punjab, 11-8, 8-11, 11-9, 12-10.

In the U-15 semi-finals, Amaad beat Punkab’s Usman Nadeem 3-0, 11-4, 11-5, 11-5 in just 17 Minutes while Humam defeated Mutahir Ali of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 11-9, 7-11, 8-11, 11-4, 11-7, 3-2.
