LODHRAN: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leader Jahangir Tareen confirmed that before leaving for Haj, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi had met him warmly and all the differences were removed in the meeting.
“Now, we will work together for our party, the PTI,” he said on Saturday on the occasion of draw for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
Mr Tareen’s statement follows Mr Qureshi’s statement which he had made a day back regarding burying differences with his party leader (Tareen).
Mr Tareen said there was no space in Lodhran for the corrupt officers. He said the Family Hospital would be operational soon after completion of the building work.
The draw was organised by Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) where Punjab Minister for Housing and Urban Development Mahmoodur Rasheed, PTI MNA Mian Shafique Arain, Provincial Minister for Prisons Zawwar Warraich and other local leaders were also present.
Mr Rasheed launched the project with the computerised draw and announced the winners’ names.
According to PHATA Multan Deputy Director Rao Shafique, about 900 applications were received for the scheme, mostly for three marla homes.
