Saad Rafique released on parole to attend funeral of mother-in-law

LAHORE: PML-N MNA Khwaja Saad Rafique was released on parole here on Sunday to enable him to attend the funeral prayer of his mother-in-law in Layyah.

Facing trial in an accountability court regarding a housing society case submitted by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), he was lodged in Lahore District Jail.

The deputy commissioner under prison rule 545-B allowed his release on parole for 48 hours, said a notification issued on Sunday.
