KARACHI: The Softball Federation of Pakistan (SFP) is organising a B-5 Coaching and Training Workshop for sports teachers of public and private educational institutions of Sindh on Saturday at the National Coaching Centre, Karachi.

The purpose of organising the workshop is to strengthen the infrastructure of baseball in the country and to promote it at school, college and university levels, said a statement issued on Friday.

Event director Murad Hussain and coordinator Shiraz Asif will train the participating sports teachers from across Sindh province at the workshop.

At the end of the workshop, SFP vice-president and Essa Laboratory’s chief executive Dr Farhan Essa, Tahmina Asif and CEO Hankook Umer Sayed will distribute certificates among the participants.
