Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has reached Maulana Fazlur Rehman's residence in Islamabad to find a way to end the sit-in.
Talking to reporters before the meeting, Elahi expressed his hope for a positive outcome of the meeting between the two leaders.
He says he is trying his best and will continue his efforts till the matter is resolved.
