KARACHI: The inaugural Mehmood Molvi Cup Basketball will commence from Nov 11 at the Abdul Nasir basketball courts at Arambagh.

PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaman will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony.

According to KBBA president Ghulam Muhammad the tournament is being played to pay tributes to the services of Mehmood Molvi, Federal Secretary for Overseas Affairs.

As many as six teams are taking part in the event. The opening match will be played between Usman Club and Karachi U-18 Team.
