GWADAR: Students of Turbat University’s Management Sciences Department as part of their three-day study tour visited different industrial units of Lasbela Industrial Estate.

During the tour, the students had orientation on human resource, finance, production and marketing in different manufacturing companies, including Bisconni, Snacks & Co, Marble City and DG Cement.

During interactive sessions, queries asked by students on overall business operations of the manufacturing companies were answered by companies’ representatives.

At the conclusion of the visit, Chairman of Manag­ement Sciences Department of the Turbat University Dr Waseem Barkat thanked the Vice Chancellor of Turbat University Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir and others for providing students the opportunity to have first-hand practical understanding and knowledge of the overall business operations read by them in theory during their studies in classrooms.

He said the Management Sciences Department was one of the oldest departments of the university providing top quality business education to students.
